Actually on the Tasks screens the new leads come up first in their own grouping, followed by unanswered customer replies and then follow ups below. So they are prioritized.

I have started using VinSolutions myself. I believe it is MotoSnap without the "r" though.

I am still getting used to it but think it will be great in the end.

One thing I wished they did more like iMagicLab is set it up with the "First in - First out" layout. In other words, The latest lead shows up first.

With VinSolutions, the oldest leads are first. Maybe I just got used to it the other way around. What do you guys think?

I went through all the CRM's out there and picked VinSolutions because they had the best product, hands down. Over the past few months they have upgraded and added new features EVERY month to the system. Give them a couple more months and none of the other CRM's will be able to catch them.

All the people at VinSolutions are very helpful and know what they are talking about. Easy to work with.

They are making their system The Command Center where everything is done.
