I have been interested for some time in instant feedback for the dealer, but I can't see how it doesn't encourage cronic complainers. Perhaps it could be used to clear up some misconceptions.

I'm anxious to see what they offer that isn't readily available on other automotive sites. Some fresh concepts would be great instead of the usual re-hash of what's been done a million times.

The goal of Carfolks is to build a community that includes consumers, dealers and the OEMs and find ways to meet everyones mutual goals. And, yes consumers get to rate the dealerships they do business with, and dealers get to promote all the great things they do.

The launch is schedule for very early 2008. More details will be posted over the next few weeks and months.
