Drivingsales Executive Summit, October 13-14, 2009

by Patrick Workman on October 9, 2009

I’ll be there…will you?

The DrivingSales Executive Summit (DSES) presented by Vogelheim Ventures is an exclusive interactive forum that brings together the nation’s most innovative dealer operators to collaborate on progressive marketing models, interactive technologies and operational solutions.

As our industry confronts perhaps its greatest changes and challenges, technology and media are rapidly evolving to provide some of the industry’s greatest marketing and operational opportunities. With this in mind, the DrivingSales Executive Summit will serve as a critical starting point for ideas that will advance tomorrow’s technologies and innovative practices into today’s dealerships.

DSES is designed to break away from traditional automotive conference formats by emulating the productive collaboration and diverse knowledgebase of a social networking site. Unlike other automotive industry events, DSES has a vendor-neutral policy, meaning adherence to a strict dealer to vendor ratio and no vendor influence on presentation selection.

The DSES is set to include:

* World-renowned speakers and experts from both inside and outside the automotive sector who have fresh ideas to help drive a better future for the industry
* A rotating series of interactive roundtable forums
* Best practices workshops
* Technology showcases
* Live blogging and video feeds
* A new automotive retailer marketing white paper

In order to maintain an intimate and focused environment, and to keep the peer-to-peer interactions more relevant, attendance is By Invitation Only. Each attendee is guaranteed to leave invigorated with strategies to keep them on the forefront of innovation and success in our changing market.

Looks like it will be a great lineup. I look forward to being able to finally shake hands with you.

This is probably the best thing to happen in the automotive conference space. I am greatful to be a part of it.
